If u have seen those posts you must have tried them on and noticed a change as I have noticed them in my life. In this post I am bringing 3 more tips for you. Without any delay, lets see these tips one by one.

1. Find some alternatives for your junk food

I will not brag about the unhealthy effects of eating junk food because we all already know it and as pleasing it may seem for your taste buds,it is an unhealthy snack option. I do one thing whenever I crave for junk food. I find some healthy alternative to it which have the same taste to it. Instead of wholewheat bread try multi grain bread. Instead of Maggie try oats or dalia. Instead of normal tea try green tea or cinnamon tea .These small changes in your daily routine can make a huge impact on your lifestyle.

2. 30 minutes of walk everyday.

There should be some form of exercise in your routine-be it cardio,yoga or simple walking.If you are having an active lifestyle then cardio is a very good option for you because cardio is a form of high intensity workout so you don’t have to devote an hour of cardio. Instead just 15 min of cardio each day is enough. If you can devote an hour or maybe just 30 min in exercise then it’s good too.
